Interpersonal Group Psychotherapy

Are you someone who struggles with conflict in relationships? Do you wish you could be better understood, or feel heard in relationships? Would you like to be able to ask for your wants and needs t be met, or at least acknowledged?

Interpersonal therapy group can help you restore a sense of yourself and how you connect in relationships. This group can support you practicing new or different ways of communicating and expressing yourself.

In this group you will process “here and now” communication, thoughts, and emotions that come up in real time.

Group is facilitated by Heather Noto, Certified Group Psychotherapist & Licensed Mental Health Counselor.

Walk & Talk Therapy Group

An outdoor therapy group intended to build self-esteem in confidence for females ages 11-14. This group is conducted outdoors on the path behind our office building, incorporating light walking, mindfulness, coping skills, & crafts.

Group is facilitated by Taylor West, Licensed Mental Health Counselor.

Teen Interpersonal Group

This group focuses on self-esteem and interpersonal skills, including: improving self-worth and self-care, setting boundaries and resolving conflicts in relationships, and practicing communication skills.

This group is ideal for teen girls ages 13-15.

Commitment: 12 week group held on Saturdays for 60 minutes

Group is facilitated by Rachel Steiner, Licensed Mental Health Counselor.
