Grief Support Group
Grief can feel isolating, especially when it seems like the world expects you to “move on”. Our Grief Support Group offers a safe, confidential space to process loss alongside others who understand the complexities of grief.
This is a closed, eight-week group designed for individuals navigating loss at any stage of their grieving process. Through guided discussion, reflection, and connection with others, participants will have the opportunity to share their experiences, learn from one another, and explore ways to move through their grief without feeling pressured to move past it.
This group is intentionally small, with a maximum of eight members, allowing for meaningful connection and space for each person’s experience. This is not a lecture or a traditional support call- it is a facilitated therapeutic group where you van come as you are and grieve in your own way.
Group is facilitated by Meghan Gordon, Certified Advanced Grief Specialist & Licensed Mental Health Counselor.
