Meghan Gordon, LMHC, CAGS
Welcome, and thank you for considering me as your therapist!
I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from St. John Fisher College. I work with individuals and couples who are ready to make meaningful changes in their lives. My areas of focus include grief, life transitions, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges.
My style is warm, open, and down-to-earth. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel comfortable being yourself while learning, growing, and navigating life’s challenges. Together, we’ll work on building self-awareness, managing emotions, and developing the tools you need to feel more in control and confident in your journey.
As a Certified Advanced Grief Specialist (CAGS), I have specialized training to support individuals navigating the many forms and complexities of grief and loss. I recognize that grief is a deeply personal experience, and my role is to provide a compassionate, supportive space where you can process your loss, explore the emotions that come with it, and move through your grief at your own pace.
I believe that the heart of good therapy is a strong therapeutic relationship. When you work with me, you’re choosing someone who values trust, authenticity, and showing up fully and genuinely. You don’t have to have it all figured out (honestly, who does?), but you do deserve someone in your corner while you sort things through.
When I’m not in the office, you’ll probably find me chasing after my toddlers, grabbing a bite to eat, binging reality TV, or spending time with friends and family.
If this sounds like the right fit for you, please click “Book with Meghan” below and enter my name under “Requested Therapist.” I’ll personally reach out so we can connect and make sure we’re a good match.
