Meghan Gordon, LMHC

Welcome and thank you for considering me as your therapist!

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with my master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from St. John Fisher College. My approach is warm, open, and compassionate. The goal for your treatment is to provide a safe and supportive space for you to learn, process, and work through life’s challenges. I will help you gain the self-awareness and skills necessary to manage your emotions, take control of your thoughts and actions, and reach your personal goals.

I enjoy working with adolescents, adults, and couples who are motivated to make a change in their life. I believe strongly in the value of the therapeutic relationship between myself and those I work with. When you work with me, you are choosing someone who values trust, commitment, and authenticity.

My experience as a therapist includes working in a private practice, as well as residential treatment facilities, inpatient and outpatient settings, and substance use clinics serving a wide demographic. Specific areas of interest include mood, anxiety, life transitions, and trauma-related symptoms and diagnoses. I utilize an integrated approach to therapy, combining a variety of treatment theories and modalities. Our sessions will utilize this approach and be customized to meet your needs and goals.

If my approach aligns with your goals please select the “Book with Meghan” option below and enter my name under “Requested Therapist”. I will personally reach out to you so we can get to know each other better and ensure that we will be a good fit.
